About Me
Dr Jo Rosenberg
Hi, I am Dr Jo Rosenberg, a Chartered Counselling Psychologist (CPsychol) and member of the British Psychological Society.
I am registered as both a Counselling and Occupational Psychologist with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
I am a registered provider with AXA-PPP, WPA, Bupa and Aviva healthcare.

Experience
I have worked in the field of psychology for a number of years. Most recently I have worked at CAMHS Barnet with children, adolescents and their families. My experience also includes working in NHS settings including a GP practice and a drug and alcohol clinic. I have also provided psychological support to families within a local primary school.
During my doctoral training, I researched mother's experiences of their autistic children's anxiety, with my thesis entitled "I used to feel like I was under house arrest": Mothers' experiences in caring for their child with autism and anxiety (Summary Paper here). I maintain a special interest in working with families with neurological difficulties.

Prior to my doctoral training, I worked as an HR manager at ITN for several years and provided coaching and training to individuals both within ITN and other organisations.
