Length and number of sessions

I offer an initial free 15 minute telephone consultation to discuss your needs.

 

Each session lasts for 50 minutes. In the first session we will assess your needs and agree goals for therapy and a treatment plan.

The number of sessions would depend upon your needs. I offer briefer therapy that may be up to 6 sessions, or longer term and open-ended therapy if appropriate.

I am a registered provider with AXA-PPP, WPA, Bupa and Aviva healthcare

Confidentiality

All sessions are confidential. I adhere to the HCPC code of conduct and BPS code of ethics and conduct.

Cancellation policy

I require 48 hours notice of cancellation where possible. Cancellation with less than 48 hours notice will be charged at the full rate.
