I am a Counselling Psychologist and work with children, adolescents and adults with a range of mental health issues. These include low mood, anxiety, OCD, trauma, relationship issues, work related problems, autism and ADHD. I have worked in the field of psychology for a number of years. Most recently I have worked at CAMHS Barnet. My experience also includes working in NHS settings including a GP practice and a drug and alcohol clinic.
I am registered as a Counselling Psychologist with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).

My work is tailored to suit your individual needs and together we would try strategies that may be most effective and helpful for you.

During my training, I researched mother's experiences of their autistic children's anxiety, and have a special interest in working with families with neurological difficulties.
